Data from the Pogona vitticeps genome project (sequence, annotation, transcriptomes) are provided to the scientific community in the open access Data Note High-coverage sequencing and annotated assembly of the genome of the Australian dragon lizard Pogona vitticeps, Georges et al (GigaScience 2015, 4:45. doi:10.1186/s13742-015-0085-2).

We ask that those drawing from the data give consideration to providing opportunity to one or more members of the Pogona vitticeps consortium to contribute intellectually to their research, though we understand that this might not be appropriate for projects that are independent of the main thrust of our program (apart from accessing the genome).
